Why Counselling?

Anyone who is struggling with a personal concern can seek counselling.  Counselling offers a safe and reflective
space to begin to make sense of thoughts and feelings that have begun to overwhelm us.  If you are
experiencing difficulties in personal relationships, finding it hard to control your emotions, prone to anxiety or
depression, we can work together to help you to understand, manage and where necessary, change those
thoughts and behaviours that have been causing you discomfort and confusion.

   

Areas of Counselling

I offer a professional counselling service, where I will work with you to address any current difficulties you are facing and together we may also work through any unresolved issues from the past.  As an Integrative
Counsellor, I will draw upon a range of different therapy approaches influenced by Person-Centred and Psychodynamic theory to meet your individual needs.  In this way, you can hope to gain the most from your counselling experience.

You can expect a non-judgemental space in which you can explore what you need and want and how to achieve your goals.  I believe that you possess the tools within you, not only to survive but to thrive!!
